Input-output Approach to Delay-dependent Robust Stability of Singular Systems with Parameter Uncertainty

چکیده

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust stability for both continuous and discrete singular delay systems by applying input-output approach other than traditional Lyapunov’s second method. First, based on the small gain theorem, the notion of input-output stability is developed. Then delay-dependent robust stability criteria in terms of strict linear matrix inequality (LMI) are derived so that the singular delay systems are regular, impulse free or casual as well as input-output stable (also asymptotically stable) for all admissible norm-bounded uncertainties. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the new method.
